We try to say how wrong it is, and yet we ourselves perpetuate it. Looks matter with first impressions, no matter how non "beauty-biased" you are. Even before someone opens their mouth to have a conversation with you, you have already judged them based on how attractive they are, their hygiene, and their outfit. It then becomes the individuals responsibility to prove or disprove those impressions with what the say and their personality. I found this post on a Blog as something they shared. And like this blogger, I couldn't help but shared the comedic yet many times true nature of these accusations.

I am sure many of you were thinking to yourself "wow, that is so true." You can't judge someone accurately without getting to know them, so in the meantime isn't the only thing left to judge is their looks? I know for a fact that my now good friend here at college thought I would be a "snobby bi%$#" after she saw me in a rhinestone shirt with long hair. Think about it, what was your first impression of the people you met during FROG week?
This post shows how beauty affects us on a daily basis, not just jobs and the "real world."
